Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Product Director that will drive the strategic and performance of a new IP game, leveraging data-driven insights to define, prioritize, and champion product initiatives, pre and post launch. They will ensure alignment between business objectives and player experience, foster a vibrant and engaged community, and provide cross-functional leadership to optimize product performance, live operations, and long-term growth.
As a leader, they anticipate risks, manage escalations, and make strategic trade-offs to keep initiatives on track. They deliver performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making and investment choices. 
  • Define and lead the product roadmap, vision, and success framework, setting clear KPIs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Own the live player engagement & experience strategy, including monetization and store content roadmaps, grounded in player motivations and long-term retention.
  • Leverage market insight, player data, and community feedback to design, validate, and evolve engagement features that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing product team (Product Manager & Data Analyst to start), while building strong partnerships across creative, art, technical, production, marketing, and player insights.
  • Own performance tracking, forecasting, and planning (KPIs & P&L), partnering with Production to define strategic goals, allocate budgets, and maximize impact across initiatives.
  • 15+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in leadership role.
  • Experience in the video game industry on Live/GaaS released games ideally on PC/Console. Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience creating strategic deliverables including defining objectives, key components, and audience-tailored messaging.
  • Demonstrated successful experience with monetization, engagement and player experience systems; Content planning, first party sales, Battle Passes, first time conversion, segmentation, Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, retention mechanics.
  • Able to translate insights into innovative, relevant feature strategies. Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive clarity and execution in complex, evolving environments.
  • Strong market knowledge of live service and engagement trends.

  • Prendre en charge la stratégie d’engagement et d’expérience des joueurs, incluant les feuilles de route de monétisation et de contenu du magasin, fondé sur les motivations des joueurs et la rétention long terme;
  • Utiliser les analyses de marché, les données des joueurs et les retours de la communauté pour concevoir, valider et faire évoluer les fonctionnalités d’engagement favorisant la satisfaction, la rétention et la croissance;
  • Diriger et faire grandir une équipe produit performante (Gestionnaire de produit et analyste de données pour débuter), tout en développant de solides partenariats avec les équipes créatives, artistiques, techniques, de production, marketing et player insights;
  • Responsable du suivi de la performance, des prévisions et de la planification (KPI & P&L), en partenariat avec la production afin de définir les objectifs stratégiques, allouer les budgets et maximiser l’impact des initiatives. 
  • Minimum de 15 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit, incluant un minimum de 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership;
  • Expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo sur des jeux Live/GaaS et sorti, de préférence sur PC/console. Excellente compréhension des KPI des jeux Live, des prévisions et des métriques de performance;
  • Expérience avérée dans la création de livrables stratégiques, incluant la définition des objectifs, des éléments clés et de messages adaptés aux différents publics;
  • Succès démontré en monétisation, en systèmes d’engagement et d’expérience joueur. Planification de contenu, ventes first party, passes de combat, conversion des nouveaux joueurs, segmentation, événements saisonniers, boucles de progression, mécanismes de rétention;
  • Capacité à transformer les analyses en stratégies de fonctionnalités innovantes et pertinentes. Expérience dans la gestion et la mise en œuvre d’une feuille de route de contenu en direct, ainsi que dans l’influence des équipes créatives interdisciplinaires;
  • Démontre un fort leadership et une capacité à naviguer dans l’ambiguïté, à aligner les parties prenantes et à apporter clarté et exécution dans des environnements complexes et en évolution;
  • Solide connaissance du marché des jeux Live et des tendances d’engagement.
