About the Role
~1 min readThe Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the organisation's new brand identity across visual communications. The role will mainly consist of redesign and redevelopment of existing corporate documents, marketing collateral and communication assets to align with newly established brand guidelines, while also creating new print and digital materials that strengthen brand consistency and audience engagement.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer will ensure all visual assets are professionally designed, accessible, fit for purpose and aligned with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →A cleared valid for paid work, NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- →University qualification in graphic design
- →Demonstrated experience in graphic design, brand implementation or visual communications
- →Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- →Strong experience developing and formatting corporate documents and publications
- →Experience creating digital and print-ready artwork and managing print production processes
- →Experience with Canva
- →Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication principles
- →Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- →Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
- Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
- Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace.
- A copy of your resume.
- A brief cover letter that outlines why you are a good fit for the role.
