Big Time Pest Control is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our growing team as a Termite & Pest Inspector / Outside Sales Representative. This is not a desk job — you’ll be out in the field every day inspecting homes, identifying termite and pest issues, and helping customers protect one of their biggest investments.
If you have experience in outside sales, in-home sales, construction, roofing, HVAC, solar, home services, insurance adjusting, or other commission-driven industries, this could be an outstanding career opportunity.

You’ll inspect attics, crawlspaces, subareas, and other confined spaces to identify termite and structural concerns, then recommend customized treatment and repair solutions for homeowners and businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Perform termite and pest inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Crawl under structures, enter attics, and inspect confined areas for termite activity and damage
- Build trust with customers and explain findings clearly
- Create customized treatment and repair recommendations
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Manage your territory and sales pipeline
- Maintain communication with customers, office staff, and management
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience
- Outside sales or in-home sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience in home services, construction, pest control, roofing, HVAC, solar, or related industries is a plus
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active inspection role. Candidates must be comfortable:
- Crawling in tight subareas and crawlspaces
- Entering attics and confined areas
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Working in varying weather conditions
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday
