Essential Elements:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of Biltmore Farms' digital marketing platforms and campaigns across a diverse brand portfolio. This role drives ROI throughout all marketing funnels while strengthening brand equity, loyalty, and awareness. Under the guidance of the Director, the Digital Marketing Manager leads the company's overall digital marketing tactics.
The Digital Marketing Manager champions all B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives, including programs managed internally and through agency partners. This role oversees goal setting, strategy, campaign development, execution, optimization, and performance insights. The Digital Marketing Manager leverages a broad mix of channels to generate qualified leads, drive conversions, and retain clients, guests, and visitors while managing projects to successful, on-budget completion.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing, Brand, and Communications, collaborates closely with the Marketing team, and provides direct supervision to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Please note that this position is based in-office with occasional remote opportunities.
Responsibilities

- →Partners with internal stakeholders, agencies, and technology vendors to develop and refine strategies in response to market conditions.
- →Partners with the Marketing and Product Manager to develop digital campaign plans that support product and revenue goals.
- →Identifies opportunities to increase the scale, speed, and personalization of digital marketing efforts.
- →Meets weekly with the Hotels Revenue Management team and hotel GMs to support occupancy goals by managing spend across direct and booking partner channels.
- →Monitors social media channels and responds to direct messages and mentions.
- →Measures and reports campaign and asset performance against goals, including ROI and KPIs, and recommends actions to the Marketing team and internal stakeholders.
- →Stays current on industry trends, platform developments, and emerging marketing strategies.
- →Provides day-to-day leadership to the Digital Marketing Specialist and Summer Marketing Intern.
- →Facilitates collaboration and oversees digital marketing project workflows in Asana, ensuring stakeholders are informed, tasks are prioritized, and campaign milestones are completed on schedule.
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field; AND,
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in a defined marketing role.
- Track record of driving revenue and growth through two or more of the following digital marketing disciplines:
- SEO/AEO/GEO
- Google and Meta Ads
- Lead Funnel Campaigns (B2B)
- Social Media Management
- Experience in leading and providing direct supervision to others.
- Both B2B and B2C marketing experience.
- Experience effectively managing long-term campaigns/projects with many moving parts.
- Experience collaborating with and managing external creative partners.
- Experience developing and managing channel strategy, execution, and budgets.
- Proficiency with WordPress, the Google Ads/Search ecosystem, Meta Business, Salesforce, SEMrush, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies and platforms, including AI.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devise effective multimedia/channel campaigns.
- Excellent critical thinking abilities to interpret analytics.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel drivers, with experience managing a CRM platform.
- Working knowledge of content creation best practices for SEO/AEO/GEO purposes.
- Possess professional communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent writing and proofreading skills.
