Growth Tech Leader

Communicate effectively with product managers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to understand requirements, design product features, and drive alignment on growth strategy and priorities.

Identify and execute on key growth levers through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement growth initiatives and measure impact.

Performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, system refactoring, and architecture design to ensure scalability and reliability of growth systems.

Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices. Mentor and develop junior engineers on the team.

8+ years of software development experience with a full lifecycle of backend system development. Strong foundation in Core Java, server-side technologies, and Spring frameworks. Deep knowledge of event processing, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, Web Services and REST architecture.

Extensive experience working on backend systems at large internet companies. Performance optimization experience with JVM, SQL, RPC, and system-level tuning.

Deep expertise in growth methodologies with hands-on experience in growth, user operations, or product roles. Strong data analysis and business acumen to drive growth initiatives from conception through execution.

Hands-on technical leadership with over 50% time spent writing code. Ability to mentor junior developers, establish technical standards, and build high-performing teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to influence across product, business, and operations teams. Preferred background at top-tier internet or Web3 companies.

Experience in AI applications and full-stack capabilities including frontend frameworks is a bonus.
