About the Role
~1 min readThe Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social is part of the Marketing team and reports to the User Acquisition & Mobile Growth Director. As a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you will own the execution and daily optimization of paid acquisition campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads to drive efficient customer acquisition and business growth.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, Creative, Data, and Compliance teams to build scalable, data-driven paid social acquisition channels that maximize return on advertising spend while supporting Binance.US's growth objectives. While Meta will be your primary area of ownership, you will also manage and optimize campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and other emerging paid social platforms.

Own the strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Manage paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms to diversify and scale customer acquisition.

Proactively and swiftly fix tracking issues in collaboration with the Engineering Department.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs including First Time Deposits (FTDs), CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and conversion rate.

Develop and execute ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing page experiences to continuously improve performance.

Partner closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and establish a structured creative testing roadmap.

Build ad-hoc dashboards (autonomously and in collaboration with the BI Department) and provide actionable reporting and insights using AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Manage paid social budgets responsibly while maximizing growth, efficiency, and return on advertising spend.

Partner with Product, Design, BI, Engineering, and Compliance teams to improve conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign measurement.

Stay current on Meta platform updates, privacy regulations, attribution methodologies, creative best practices, and emerging paid social trends.

Build strong relationships with Meta and other platform representatives.
Nice to Have

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with significant ownership of paid social acquisition channels.
Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets and track record of successfully scaling hypergrowth products.
Deep expertise in managing Meta Ads, with a strong track record and the ability to resolve technical (tracking) issues.
Expertise in AppsFlyer (or an equivalent MMP) and strong knowledge of mobile app marketing.
Strongly Preferred:
Experience managing TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making data-driven optimization decisions.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, or similar analytics and business intelligence tools.
Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, conversion tracking, SKAdNetwork, privacy frameworks, and mobile measurement.
Experience collaborating with Creative teams to develop performance-driven creative strategies and testing frameworks.
Experience working in regulated industries such as fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services is highly preferred.
Experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other paid acquisition channels is a plus.
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Media Buying Professional certifications are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
The starting pay range for this role will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
