As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Lead with bioMérieux, you will play an important role in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders in your designated geographical area. This is a multifaceted role that combines scientific expertise, field medical affairs responsibilities, people and team management. Your position oversees an area team of field-based Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) who support bioMerieux Microbiology, Molecular, and Immunoassay portfolios.

→Effective Presentation Skills, including the ability to present technical data

→Functional skills including critical thinking, adaptability, time management, communication, problem-solving, and digital literacy
→Skilled in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) at an intermediate level
→Knowledge and understanding of the regional health system landscape is desired
→Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams with an analytical and strategic mindset
→Deep scientific and clinical knowledge in diagnostics; knowledge of the infectious disease diagnostics market preferred

The estimated salary range for this field-based role is between $160,000 - $202,400. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
