We are seeking a senior technical recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting, from talent planning, sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful technical recruiter will collaborate with the leadership team at Biograph on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. These roles include execs, engineers, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and imaging technicians, to support the operations of our clinics. The ideal candidate brings expert experience across sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-growth startup environment in the healthcare space. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Sr. Technical Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment strategy and candidate lifecycle for high-impact roles, from executive sourcing to strategic onboarding.

Architect and execute advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through deep-web searching, niche professional networks, and diverse recruitment platforms.

Conduct high-level technical and behavioral evaluations to ensure candidates meet rigorous organizational standards and complex technical requirements.

Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to provide data-driven insights on hiring trends and deliver on mission-critical timelines.

Lead complex negotiations for job offers and executive compensation packages, balancing market equity with organizational goals.

Oversee the integrity of onboarding workflows, including background checks, reference audits, and advanced HRIS data management.

Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state employment laws, ensuring total compliance and best practices across the talent organization.

Mentor team members and champion a culture of innovation, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize the recruitment process and push the boundaries of healthcare.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical or clinical sectors
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Mastery of communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships
Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to lead projects independently and drive collaborative success within a team
Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality of work standards
Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex, high-priority requisitions and diverse candidate pipelines
Expert knowledge of clinical licensure, labor laws, employment regulations, and evolving industry trends
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and department heads
Expert-level proficiency with Ashby and a wide array of advanced recruiting technologies and automation tools
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in the high-stakes, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup
9+ years of clinical or tech recruiting experience
Proven track record of scaling teams within a high-growth healthcare startup environment
