• →Support the Anaplan Revenue Planning process
• →Support Hyperion Planning and Reporting Systems
• →Support Commercial Reporting Systems (Datamarts/Databricks/PowerBI)
• →Identify areas for efficiency improvements. Create, propose and implement efficiency improvements
• →Support the Program Allocation processes
• →Support transition to SAC planning and reporting where applicable
• →Support the Master Data Governance (MDG) and Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes
• →Support access and alignment to downstream systems such as HCM and Ariba
• →Integral member of our Super User team, by providing training, supporting and best practices to our Super User team
• →Calendaring and Project Planning for System readiness for Forecast, Budget and Long Range Planning
• →Change Management and Governance (DR) processes for Revenue and P&L Planning
• →IT Liaison
• →Manage and streamline Documentation and Training across the FP&A Organization

CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES 

The Mangers of FP&A Systems & Analytics is a challenging role that requires a dynamic set of business and leadership skills, including the following: 

5+ years of experience corporate and/or global finance environments (preferably in-house corporate FP&A)

• →Deep understanding of financial planning processes and their importance
• →In-depth experience with financial planning applications, including implementing, using, and enhancing (Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, and SAP strongly preferred)
• →Solid understanding of Relational Database Theory and proven financial modeling experience
• →Strong organizational and people skills and an ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• →Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels of the org
• →Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving ability
• →Sound judgment, problem-solving, and collaboration in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to problems and the ability to effectively influence business partners and decisions to the benefit of the Company

EDUCATION 

• →Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
• →Advanced Degree, CPA, or MBA preferred
