What You’ll Do

• Predict the Unpredictable: Develop time-series models to forecast demand and supply in real-time, ensuring a taxi is always there when a user taps the app.
• Optimize the Journey: Build and deploy machine learning models that optimize matching algorithms, reducing ETAs and increasing driver earnings.
• Guard the Ecosystem: Create sophisticated anomaly detection systems to identify and mitigate fraudulent transactions and behaviors.
• Drive Product Strategy: Turn raw data into strategic insights. You’ll work closely with Product and Ops teams to launch features that users love.
• Scale for Growth: Design scalable ML pipelines (from EDA to deployment) using modern stack tools (Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, etc.).
  
  

Who You Are

• Data Whisperer: You have a solid background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (BS/MS/PhD).
• Algorithmically Gifted: You are proficient in Python/R and have deep experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Problem Solver: You don’t just look at accuracy scores; you care about the business ROI of your models.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with big data environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Effective Communicator: You can explain a "Random Forest" to a marketing manager and a "Gradient Descent" to a peer with equal clarity.
