Content Apprentice - 1 year

As a Content Apprentice, your mission is to support our content team in ensuring members have a seamless and trustworthy experience. During this 1-year alternance, you will play a key role in handling daily operational and manual tasks, while actively helping us integrate and test new AI workflows to optimise our processes. You will report to our Senior Content Manager and work within our collaborative Community Relations Content team, gaining hands-on experience in modern content operations.

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Master’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Translation, Digital Business, or a related field (eligible for a 1-year contrat d’apprentissage or de professionnalisation). Must be in person in France (no online or abroad schools). 

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• A tech-savvy mindset and a genuine passion for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.), with a curiosity for building and testing AI agents.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks with rigor.

• Resourceful, agile, and quick to learn new software, tools, and changing digital environments.

• A strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

• Nice to have: Previous internship or project experience in content writing, translation, or digital operations.

• a 45-min video-call with our Talent Acquisition Managers, Alessandra, to get to know you, understand your career expectations and answer your questions;

• a fully remote exercise to evaluate your technical skills;

• a 60-min video-call with our Senior Content Manager, Clara, to review your exercise and to give you more insights into the role and discuss further your background;
