Workday Senior Accountant

We are looking for an INTERIM Senior Accountant (preferably with Workday Financials experience) to join our global team on an accelerated growth path! 
You will actively contribute by shaping our Accounting landscape at a very exciting period on our way to become an Uber company. In this role you will support us in changing the travel game by joining our ambition to build best-in-class Accounting structures and capabilities. • Advanced degree in Accounting or a related field. Extensive professional experience in Accounting, preferably in Tech or fast-growing companies. Experience working for an internationally organised group of companies is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS. Good knowledge of German payroll regulations and processes, including tax, social security, and statutory reporting requirements
• Proficiency in VAT regulations and compliance, including the preparation and submission of VAT returns, to ensure accurate tax reporting and adherence to legal requirements
• Consolidation experience is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Workday Financials is a strong plus, Adaptive a bonus. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel 
• Fluent in English (German is a plus), with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
