Black Rock Services is seeking a reliable, motivated Parts Runner to support our Equipment & Resource team. This role is critical to ensuring parts, tools, and materials are delivered efficiently to keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Parts Runner is responsible for picking up and delivering parts, tools, and materials as directed. This role supports maintenance and production teams by ensuring they receive what they need quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials as directed
· Plan routes and manage time to meet delivery timelines
· Travel between vendors, plants, and job sites
· Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and receipts
· Communicate with team members regarding order status and needs
· Adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve in real time
· Safely operate company vehicles and haul trailers as needed
· Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition
· Assist with organizing and staging parts
· Follow all company safety policies and applicable regulations

What We’re Looking For

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and haul trailers
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Strong time management and reliability
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Basic mechanical knowledge of parts and tools preferred
· Ability to adapt and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication skills and ability to follow direction

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a compressed work schedule:

• 3 days one week, 4 days the following week
• Typical hours are 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on operational needs
• Overtime and weekends as needed
