Assess and Prepare Systems Evaluate existing infrastructure, applications, and dependencies to identify risks, compatibility issues, and required modifications before migration. Oversee Execution and Optimization Lead the migration process, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity and security, and optimize performance and cost after migration.
