Job Title : P & C – Policy life cycle Qualification : Any Graduate Relevant Experience : 2 Years and above Must Have Skills : 1.Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty insurance 2.In-depth knowledge of the Policy Lifecycle and policy administration workflows. 3.Good understanding of insurance concepts: underwriting, rating, coverage, and regulatory compliance 4.Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRD, FSD, Use Cases, Process Flows). 5.Proficient in SQL for querying and validating policy data. 6.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy administration processes. 2.Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification creation for policy-related systems. 3.Configure, test, and support policy administration systems and ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements. 4.Support UAT testing, defect triaging, and issue resolution. 5.Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to implement new insurance products or policy changes. 6.Provide training, documentation, and support to internal users and stakeholders. 7.Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the policy lifecycle. 8.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
