Job Title : Quality Analyst - UK Insurance Qualification : Any Graduate and Above Relevant Experience : 3 – 8 Years Must Have Skills : Perform quality audits and quality checks on insurance-related processes • Monitor and evaluate calls, transactions, and documentation for accuracy and compliance • Provide constructive feedback to teams to improve performance and quality standards • Identify gaps, trends, and areas of improvement in processes • Maintain audit reports and ensure proper documentation • Work closely with operations and training teams to enhance quality Good Have Skills : Experience in Exposure to Quality Audit for Insurance Domain Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Manage the complete policy lifecycle, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and post-renewal activities. 2 Ensure timely and accurate execution of policy renewals in line with client and business requirements. 3 Address and resolve customer queries and escalations with professionalism. 4 Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize policy administration processes. 5 Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for compliance and audits. 6 Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. 7 Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance domain. 8 Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 9 Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication. 10 Deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure while maintaining accuracy and detail.
