Healthcare Insurance 2.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Internal & External stakeholders) 3.Active Listening and Comprehension Skills Consulting Skills – Communication, questioning, report writing, and presentation 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5.Time Management & Organizational Skills 6.Attention to Detail – High accuracy in documentation 7.Healthcare Processes Good Have Skills : Healthcare Insurance Processes or BFSI Roles and Responsibilities : 1.Listen to the call effectively and comprehend the implicit & explicit ask of the customer. 2.Able to convince, provide short & long term solutions aligned to the customer's business goals. • 3.Developing core consulting skills around communication, questioning, listening, report writing and presenting • 4.Proficiency in using Microsoft suite • 5.Awareness of the regulatory requirements in respect of ‘advised’ and ‘non-advised’ sales. • 6.Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally • 7.Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks • 8.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to produce high standards of documentation • 9.Effective negotiation skills with stakeholders. • 10.Strong interpersonal and project management abilities. • 11.Ability to work under pressure and tackle problems efficiently • Location : Bangalore CTC Range : 4 – 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Mode of Interview : Face to Face Shift Timing : Night Shift Mode of Work : Hybrid
