As Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations, you will be responsible for the planning and oversight of facility layout, inventory movement, supply chain coordination, and inbound/outbound logistics - ultimately ensuring an exceptional patient experience with our dispensing pharmacy. You will ensure the site is highly organized, efficient, and fully supplied to support pharmacy dispensing activities. In this role, you will lead a team of non-clinical support staff (e.g., inventory specialists, materials handlers, operational coordinators) and work in close partnership with licensed pharmacy leadership, including the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), to provide seamless, compliant operational support.
