BLN24 is an award-winning Management Consulting Firm that supports the U.S. Federal Government in successfully achieving their mission and goals. Our service and solutions delivery start with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance strategic and technical operations and deployments.

Position Overview:

BLN24 is seeking a Multimedia & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role emphasizes a strong foundation in graphic design for campaigns and social media, while also supporting high-quality multimedia production, including photography and video.

We are looking for a visually driven creative who can design compelling campaign assets and social content, while also contributing to multimedia storytelling through video and photo production. This role blends brand design, digital campaigns, and multimedia execution, leveraging emerging technologies—including agentic AI—to create scalable, high-impact content.

The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, understands how to create content that performs across social platforms, and is comfortable working across mediums—from static graphics to motion and video—while elevating brand presence and executive visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling campaign assets and social media content, including graphics, carousels, infographics, and branded visuals
  • Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging strategies
  • Create and optimize social-first content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and web
  • Produce and edit multimedia content, including video, photography, motion graphics, and animations
  • Support end-to-end video production (concepting, scripting, filming, editing, post-production) for campaigns, events, and thought leadership
  • Develop content supporting campaigns, executive visibility, and event promotion, including short-form video, interviews, and recap content
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives through design and multimedia storytelling
  • Build and maintain branded templates and design systems to scale campaign and social content production
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance design and multimedia production efficiency
  • Create multi-channel content pipelines, repurposing long-form content into social graphics, short videos, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and SMEs to align visuals with strategic messaging
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility (Section 508), brand, and quality standards
  • Stay current on trends in graphic design, social media content, and multimedia storytelling

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, social media content, and visual storytelling, along with video/multimedia work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
  • Experience designing for social platforms and digital campaigns with an understanding of platform-specific best practices
  • Experience with video and/or photography production and editing
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools (generative design, video, or content tools)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with campaign branding and visual systems development
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, automation, or prompt-based creative tools
  • Experience with photo and video production equipment (camera, lighting, audio)
  • Experience supporting federal, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)
  • Motion design or animation experience

Key Competencies:
  • Strong graphic design sensibility with an eye for brand, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Understanding of social media trends and content performance
  • Creative problem-solving and storytelling across visual formats
  • Curiosity and experimentation with emerging technologies, especially AI
  • Strategic mindset connecting design and multimedia to campaign goals
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and innovation
