Senior People Operations Specialist

In the People Operations team, we take care of Bloomreachers from the moment they accept the job offer. Together with the other People team units (Talent Acquisition, Workplace Experience, Total Rewards, and Business Partners) we form the People team reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

In People Operations, we are responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employment changes (contracts/amendments), and payroll operations. We operate across 10+ countries on 3 continents, and we're continuously raising the bar on automation, accuracy, and employee experience. You'll join our People Operations Team, you can be based in Prague, Brno or Bratislava (1 day in office a week is preferred). 

You will take ownership of end-to-end People/HR Operations primarily in the Czech Republic (~80 Bloomreachers) and other countries (up to another 200+ Bloomreachers) alongside with the chance to rebuild the way we operate internally in the People Operations Team. People Ops agenda for CZ will take you approx 50% of your full-time capacity. For the rest, you will be working closely with teammates and regional stakeholders to redesign the People Operations function with focus on automation, AI and/or taking on other countries.
