Service Technician (Growing company seeks OBX-Elizabeth City, NC area Technicians and Apprentices: Stability; training; upper tier pay/benefits)

Our Service Technicians regularly install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, as well as install, service, and maintain gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more. This is a great position for someone who has prior propane, appliance installation/repair, or mechanical experience and would enjoy working locally.  Some consideration toward those with mechanical aptitude and desire to learn our business, progress to Service Technician/Senior Technician through completion of a designed career path.

The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of a team environment.  Possessing a valid CDL is helpful but we can help you obtain one if your driving record has not major violations and you commit to working for us for an agreed to timeframe. There is a lot of growth potential with this particular opening and our company. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must.
