Materials Supervisor - 2nd Shift

• → Oversees all internal warehouse functions as it pertains to Warehouse activity.
  • → Picking
  • → Receiving
  • → Deliveries and Returns

• →Verifies all materials activity, including the shipping and receiving of raw ingredients and sales orders.
• → Assures all inventory is maintained within agreed upon guidelines and is real time verifiable within the system.
• → Oversees Warehouse personnel, all practices, and procedures.
• → Development: responsible for the establishment, implementation and follow through of a development program for one’s staff. Increasing positional knowledge, performance efficiencies and future company growth.

• → Directly supervises approx. 10 staff members within the Warehouse division, as well as (2) admin staff.
• → Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• → Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 Experience/Education:

• → Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school
• → Three years related warehouse/materials supervisor experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
