About the Role
~1 min readWe're hiring Founding Commercial Account Executives to join our growing team in London. You'll drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organisations automate their ERP processes with AI. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close—and directly shape how the next generation of companies operates.
As one of the early commercial hires in our new London office, you'll have outsized influence on how we build BLP's go-to-market motion in this market. While London is your base, your accounts won't be limited to a single geography—you'll engage with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs) wherever the opportunity is, working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver value across the customer journey.

Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signed contract.

Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate business challenges into clear value.

Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (typically GBP/EUR 100K+) with executive decision-makers.

Build long-term, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic partner to your customers.

Maintain a structured pipeline with consistent outreach, accurate forecasting, and disciplined follow-through.

Stay ahead of ERP and AI automation trends to position BLP effectively against competitors.
You bring a track record of closing complex B2B deals—your background might be sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS, but the mindset is the same: ownership, curiosity, and drive.
You connect with senior decision-makers, understand business processes, and translate challenges into solutions.
You hold yourself to a high standard, communicate clearly, listen with intent, and act with integrity.
Professional fluency in English is essential. German is a plus.
You bring a consultative, analytical approach to problem-solving.
