Senior Warehouse Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, this role is all functions for the assigned unit in the PDC. This responsibility includes assisting the Leads and Supervisor in the achievement of team objectives. These objectives include Safety, Quality, Productivity and the daily leadership that provides resources stability. The employee will provide clear communication to area lead. The employee will be relied upon the decision making skills. Emphasis will be on establishing a self-empowered workforce.
Responsibilities

- →Produce quality workmanship with expected time requirement
- →Chart unit performance
- →Responsive to quality feedback for needed corrective action
- →Working knowledge of areas before and after assigned station
- →Perform other related duties as assigned
- Computer literate
- Communication and leadership skills
- Function effectively with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Past record of excellent work record
- Able to function in fast paced distribution environment
- Exposure to heat and cold conditions
- Able to meet physical requirements of the job (lifting, standing, etc)
- Able to work required overtime and shift assignments
