Blue Collars is searching for experienced HVAC technicians who take pride in solving problems, helping customers, and continuously improving their craft.

We're growing quickly throughout South Carolina and need technicians who are comfortable working on both residential and commercial HVAC systems.

If you're the technician people call when the problem isn't obvious, keep reading.

Responsibilities

No two days are the same.

One day you may be troubleshooting a residential split system.

The next day you could be diagnosing a rooftop unit for a commercial customer.

Our technicians work on:

  • Residential HVAC systems
  • Commercial HVAC systems
  • Rooftop units (RTUs)
  • Split systems
  • Package units
  • Heat pumps
  • Air handlers
  • Mini-split systems
  • Electrical and control troubleshooting
  • Airflow and duct system diagnostics
  • Preventative maintenance and repairs

We're looking for technicians who enjoy figuring things out—not simply replacing parts.
