Responsibilities

→Lead month end and year end accounting activities and support timely, accurate financial reporting
→Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and overall account integrity
→Review financial information and help identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
→Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for planning and decision making
→Partner with operational and business leaders to improve reporting clarity and financial visibility
→Help strengthen internal controls, policies, and reporting workflows
→Coach and support accounting team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement
→Assist with audit support, compliance activities, and special projects as needed

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Several years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions
Prior experience leading or mentoring others in an accounting environment
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting fundamentals
Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Ability to analyze data, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Exposure to manufacturing, product analysis and cost accounting required
CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required
