• Lead the design and execution of an enterprise AI and machine learning strategy aligned with operational and commercial goals
• Architect scalable data ecosystems including pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Develop and deploy machine learning models supporting predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, quality analytics, and process automation
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems such as ERP and manufacturing platforms
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to define use cases, measure ROI, and prioritize initiatives

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 7 or more years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data architecture roles
• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in modern ML frameworks
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL processes, APIs, and system integrations
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms
• Exposure to computer vision, natural language processing, or time-series analytics
• Knowledge of regulated environments or data compliance frameworks
• Experience building AI programs in mid-sized or scaling organizations

• Early delivery of a clear AI roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Deployment of initial high-impact AI use cases within the first six months
• Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy
