Architectural Job Captain

• →Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across multiple projects
• →Partner closely with project architects and project managers to bring design concepts into technical execution
• →Manage project documentation from early design through permitting and construction phases
• →Coordinate with external consultants including civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines
• →Ensure alignment with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• →Support entitlement and permitting processes, including agency submittals and responses
• →Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum
• →Contribute to BIM modeling efforts and maintain accuracy across design documentation
• →Balance multiple project timelines and priorities in a dynamic, multi-project environment

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferred
• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in architectural project delivery
• Background in commercial, retail, or multi-site project environments is highly valued
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant coordination
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
