Director of Operations - In-Building Wireless/DAS

• →Lead nationwide operations for deployment, installation, commissioning, and support of in-building wireless systems.
• →Develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• →Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and service delivery standards.
• →Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects and regions.
• →Ensure successful end-to-end project execution, from kickoff through completion, including risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• →Partner cross-functionally with engineering, project management, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution success.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop a large, multi-level organization, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
• →Manage operational budgets, labor utilization, vendor spend, and financial performance to optimize margins.
• →Standardize processes, enforce quality and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• →Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships while supporting customer engagement, escalations, and long-term satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, telecommunications, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 8 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience within wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, construction, or related industries.
• 5 or more years of experience leading multi-functional or geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of in-building wireless systems, field operations, and project delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational performance metrics.
• Deep knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in field-based environments.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving efficiency in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Background in large-scale wireless deployments, including public venues or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with permitting, commissioning, and industry standards.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or safety-related credentials are a plus.
• Experience with project management, ERP, or workforce planning systems.
