Ten or more years of project management experience in construction. Several years of leadership experience overseeing multiple projects, project managers, or both.
Responsibilities

- →Coach, develop, and hold project leaders accountable for performance, communication, and results.
- →Improve the consistency of project controls, internal reporting, and operating discipline across the project management function.
- →Own visibility into budgets, forecasts, cost exposure, and margin performance, helping teams address issues early.
- →Partner closely with operations, field leadership, finance, and preconstruction to keep project assumptions aligned with real-world execution.
- →Support contract administration, change management, and issue resolution to reduce risk and protect business outcomes.
- →Serve as a senior point of contact for customers and project stakeholders when escalation, alignment, or executive presence is needed.
- →Reinforce high standards around safety, workmanship, and dependable delivery across the portfolio.
- →Help strengthen team capability through mentoring, performance management, and leadership development.
- Ten or more years of project management experience in construction.
- Several years of leadership experience overseeing multiple projects, project managers, or both.
- Strong command of project financials, forecasting, cost control, and operational reporting.
- Experience working through schedule pressure, change management, and project risk in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build credibility with field teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Background in concrete construction or closely related self-perform construction environments is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
