Our client is a well established industrial manufacturer investing in equipment reliability, automation capability, and long term plant performance. They are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to help keep critical production assets running safely and efficiently while supporting a more advanced, technology driven maintenance culture. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex equipment issues, working close to the production floor, and growing deeper in PLC and automation work.

  • Diagnose and repair plant floor electrical issues involving motors, drives, control cabinets, and production support equipment. 
  • Troubleshoot PLC controlled machinery and automation systems to restore uptime in a heavy industrial environment. 
  • Read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to isolate faults and complete repairs accurately. 
  • Support preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and equipment improvement work across high speed manufacturing operations. 
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teammates to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and maintain safe work practices. 
  • Assist with mechanical maintenance activity as needed, including work related to conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics. 

 

  • Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills across motors, drives, relays, sensors, and control panels. 
  • PLC troubleshooting experience, ideally in an Allen Bradley environment or a similar controls platform. 
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or another demanding industrial setting. 
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including comfort working around automated production equipment. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. 
  • A safety first mindset, strong troubleshooting instincts, and the ability to perform well in a fast paced production environment.
