Responsibilities

→Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned product lines
→Develop and manage pricing strategies to achieve margin and revenue goals
→Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and customer feedback
→Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements and support development initiatives
→Work closely with sales teams to support key opportunities and drive product adoption
→Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to guide product direction
→Develop channel strategies with OEM and distribution partners
→Support marketing initiatives including product promotions, training materials, and product launches
→Monitor product performance including orders, margins, and inventory strategy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in product management within industrial manufacturing or physical product environments
Background in connectors, cable assemblies, electrical components, or related interconnect products strongly preferred
Experience managing product pricing, margins, and product lifecycle performance
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
