Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead field-level quality initiatives to ensure alignment with project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
- →Perform detailed site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation meet defined expectations.
- →Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, logs, and audit records.
- →Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to communicate quality expectations and resolve issues proactively.
- →Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and verify completion to maintain project standards.
- →Review project submittals and ensure materials and systems comply with specifications.
- →Coordinate and oversee testing activities, documenting and communicating results clearly.
- →Ensure all testing and measurement tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
- →Partner with project leadership to align quality efforts with timelines and cost objectives.
- →Support adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements across all job sites.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in construction quality control or assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and compliance standards.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction management tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across field teams and leadership.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, field-based environments.
