Quality Assurance Inspector

• →Certify aviation components for shipment in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements
• →Perform detailed visual and documentation inspections to verify product conformity and airworthiness
• →Issue appropriate certification documentation aligned with aviation regulatory standards
• →Act as a quality liaison with internal teams, external suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• →Evaluate incoming materials from suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications
• →Investigate and resolve product quality concerns, including non-conformances and returns
• →Support internal quality audits and maintain adherence to aerospace quality standards
• →Manage controlled inventory areas related to inspection and quality holds
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations, procedures, and industry requirements
• →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system

• Strong background in quality assurance within aerospace, aviation, or a similarly regulated industry
• Experience working with aviation regulatory standards or equivalent military quality systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and compliance documentation
• Certify aviation components using FAA Form 8130-3 to ensure full compliance with regulatory airworthiness standards
• Proficiency with inspection techniques and quality documentation processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems preferred
• Computer proficiency and experience with quality tracking systems

• Relevant experience in quality assurance within aviation, aerospace, or defense environments
• Direct exposure to regulatory compliance standards required
• Certifications or qualifications related to inspection or regulatory authorization are highly valued
