Serve as the lead consultant for enterprise system projects, particularly ERP deployments, across the manufacturing sector.
Evaluate operational workflows and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with ERP system capabilities.
Deliver high-level advisory support on platform configuration, workflow structuring, and proven operational methodologies.
Support clients throughout key project milestones, contributing to execution, adoption, and overall rollout success.
Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and teams to promote effective system use and alignment across operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, both remotely and on-site, to develop tailored ERP solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into effective ERP system solutions that support production, inventory, finance, and supply chain functions.
Develop supporting documentation and share regular progress updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP software in a manufacturing context, specifically involving Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) or comparable systems.
3+ years of experience in a business consulting or business analyst role within a manufacturing setting.
5+ years of direct industry experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or related functions.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with frequent domestic travel as needed for business activities.
Bonus Qualifications:
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Experience with project management methodologies and ERP implementation frameworks.
Exposure to international manufacturing operations and compliance standards.
