• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of enterprise business systems, specifically focusing on ERP implementations.
• Collect operational needs and convert them into detailed system requirements.
• Build and support reliable, high-performing application components leveraging Microsoft .NET frameworks and related technologies.
• Integrate third-party systems via RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Web APIs.
• Build, test, and debug technical solutions using both cloud and on-premise platforms.
• Support client-facing activities including demos, technical consultations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simultaneous projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Help develop team talent by sharing knowledge and providing technical direction to junior staff.
• Contribute to pre-sales engineering efforts and project scoping.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly within CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or SyteLine.
• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Solid background in ASP.NET/MVC web development and front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage time and deliverables independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as project needs require.
