• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia bar license in good standing.
• Several years of litigation experience, ideally in domestic relations, traffic defense, or related courtroom practice.
• Comfort handling client-facing legal work with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to manage deadlines, changing priorities, and active matters with limited oversight.
• Strong writing skills and confidence drafting litigation and client documents.
• A practical, self-directed work style and the ability to collaborate effectively with support staff and leadership.

• Experience with divorce, custody, visitation, and support matters.
• Exposure to DUI, reckless driving, or other misdemeanor defense work.
• Familiarity with fast-paced private practice environments.
• Experience balancing litigation responsibilities with high-touch client service.
