• Provide executive operational leadership across multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational leaders.
• Strengthen operational processes that improve consistency, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build an engaged, high performing culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and field leadership while ensuring exceptional project execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and operational planning.
• Monitor project performance, resource allocation, scheduling, and operational priorities across multiple active projects.
• Champion safety, quality, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Extensive leadership experience within commercial construction operations.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent commercial construction projects and operational teams.
• Background leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership within a growing organization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to establish operational systems that drive efficiency and accountability.
• Proven success developing high performing teams and mentoring future leaders.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build long term partnerships.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.
• Commercial drywall or commercial interior specialty construction experience is required.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, operational scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.
