Data Analyst Consultant

A fast-growing consulting organization is expanding its analytics capability and hiring a Data Analyst Consultant to help clients turn complex data into practical business insight. This is a high impact, client facing role for someone who enjoys building polished reporting solutions, shaping analytics strategy, and working across multiple engagements in a remote consulting environment. You will have the chance to influence executive decision making, improve how organizations use data, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.

• →Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define reporting priorities, success measures, and adoption goals
• →Develop polished Power BI dashboards that turn operational data into clear business insight
• →Build reliable semantic models, reusable measures, and efficient query logic for enterprise reporting
• →Transform and standardize data from multiple platforms, business applications, flat files, and cloud sources
• →Translate complex business questions into scalable reporting solutions that support better planning and performance tracking
• →Manage several active client initiatives at once while maintaining strong communication, documentation, and delivery quality
• →Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a way that is concise, practical, and actionable
• →Partner with client teams to improve reporting strategy, governance, and user adoption

• 5 to 8 or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related field
• 3 to 5 or more years of hands-on Power BI experience, including advanced dashboard development
• Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dimensional data modeling
• Experience owning dashboard programs from discovery through rollout and enhancement
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and clear communication skills
• Comfort managing several client priorities in a consulting style environment
• Experience combining and transforming data from varied systems and sources

• Prior consulting or other client facing delivery experience
• Exposure to Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery, or similar cloud data ecosystems
• Experience with ETL, ELT, and data pipeline workflows
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Understanding of Power BI Service administration, governance, and deployment practices
• Background supporting construction, capital projects, data center operations, or similarly complex project-based environments
