  • Manage CRM platforms, databases, reporting environments, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Evaluate existing technologies while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • Direct technology vendors, consultants, and strategic implementation partners.
  • Guide technology budgeting, resource planning, and long-term investment decisions.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to identify technology solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and service delivery.
  • Lead technical projects from planning through successful implementation while ensuring strong user adoption and change management.
  • Mentor and develop technical staff while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, information technology, product management, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Experience building, expanding, or modernizing IT operations within a small or mid-sized organization.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT operations, systems administration, cloud and SaaS platforms, databases, CRM systems, and business applications.
  • Technical proficiency with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Scala, Java, or similar technologies.
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity best practices, governance frameworks, and information security policies.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, VoIP systems, networking, and infrastructure management.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology initiatives and organizational change.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to solving complex technology challenges.
