  • Design, prototype, and refine electronic assemblies for rugged autonomous platforms operating in demanding field conditions
  • Own schematic capture, board layout coordination, bring-up, and validation for compact power and control hardware
  • Evaluate radios, sensors, and supporting components with close attention to reliability, integration risk, and performance tradeoffs
  • Partner with mechanical, firmware, flight, and manufacturing teammates to solve cross-functional issues quickly
  • Plan and execute bench testing for signal integrity, EMI awareness, power behavior, and subsystem verification
  • Support the transition from concept hardware to repeatable builds suitable for early production
  • 5 plus years of experience in electronics design for aerospace, robotics, defense, automotive, or other high-reliability systems
  • Hands-on skill with PCB design workflows, lab instrumentation, and practical hardware debugging
  • Experience working within size, weight, and power constraints
  • Working knowledge of embedded hardware, digital interfaces, and sensor integration
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving build-test-learn environment with limited oversight
  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset
  • Background in RF hardware, datalinks, or flight-adjacent systems is helpful
  • Eligibility to pass background screening and support defense-aligned programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred
  • Equivalent hands-on experience designing and building complex hardware systems will also be considered
