Interior Delivery Lead, Luxury Residential Tower

• Lead on site execution for premium residential interiors in a multi-level tower environment, guiding work from rough in through final turnover.
• Coordinate finish trades, MEP trim activities, vertical transportation access, and floor by floor material flow within a high rise setting.
• Own quality outcomes for stone, millwork, flooring, paint, hardware, and custom fixture installation, stopping rework before it spreads.
• Drive short interval scheduling by area, stack, and floor, aligning labor, deliveries, and access windows with project milestones.
• Lead subcontractor huddles, short interval planning, pre installation reviews, and mockup signoffs to keep finish standards aligned across trades.
• Manage punch completion, owner and design walks, and handover of residences in closing ready condition.
• Keep the site safe and compliant, with disciplined attention to fall protection, life safety procedures, and daily documentation.
• Partner with project management on RFIs, submittals, field issues, and change related coordination.

• Substantial superintendent experience in commercial or residential construction, including recent success on tower interior buildouts and luxury finish packages.
• Strong command of finish sequencing, tolerance management, and inspection standards associated with upscale residential product.
• Working knowledge of hoists, elevator planning, material staging, and other logistics required to maintain momentum in vertical construction.
• Comfort using Procore or related construction management platforms, scheduling tools, and digital plan review systems.
• Demonstrated safety leadership, with OSHA 30 viewed favorably.
• Clear communicator who can hold trade partners accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
