  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and other influential contacts involved in commercial project activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship-based account development.
  • Introduce lighting products and solutions through meetings, walkthroughs, and presentations tailored to customer needs and project goals.
  • Contribute to the sales process through quotations, submittals, order entry, and coordination of project-related activities.
  • Support customers with product selections and project requirements that balance performance needs with design intent.
  • Maintain clear day-to-day communication with customers to ensure strong follow-through and a high level of service.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, product updates, and relevant standards through ongoing learning and market engagement.
  • 3+ years of sales experience within the commercial lighting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple decision-makers and influencers across commercial project environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Working knowledge of quoting tools, project documentation systems, and customer relationship management platforms.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, AGi32, or similar tools is helpful but not required.
  • Industry certification such as LC, or education in a related discipline, is viewed favorably.
