Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
→Diagnose PLC-related issues and production equipment faults
→Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
→Maintain motors, drives, relays, sensors, and control systems
→Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
→Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components
→Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
→Maintain compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and safety procedures
→Assist with crane and production equipment maintenance

Requirements

Industrial electrical maintenance experience
Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience
Proficiency working with electric motors, variable frequency drives, control relays, and industrial sensing devices.
Ability to read electrical schematics
Experience in manufacturing, steel, automotive, or heavy industrial environments
Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Nice to Have

PLC programming experience
Experience programming, configuring, and maintaining Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, PLC-5, and SLC-500 automation platforms.
Robotics exposure
Steel manufacturing experience
