Manufacturing Leader – 2nd Shift

• Guide second-shift floor operations to keep people safe, orders moving, and quality on target
• Use daily production metrics to spot gaps, remove waste, and improve line performance
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime and keep product standards consistent
• Coach hourly employees on safe work practices, standard procedures, and day-to-day execution
• Review staffing, assignments, and handoffs so the shift starts strong and ends cleanly
• Keep time, attendance, and production records organized and up to date
• Support basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments when issues affect output
• Help build a team culture centered on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• At least 2 years of related leadership or team lead experience is preferred
• Completion of a high school education or equivalent is necessary.
• Associate degree or technical training is preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing performance metrics, workplace safety protocols, and product quality requirements.
• Ability to lead teams, address performance issues, and reinforce workplace expectations
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and operations partners
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort in a hands-on production setting are helpful

On-site manufacturing environment

Moderate to high noise environment with required PPE

Role may involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting in support of plant operations
