• Develop and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth across multiple transportation modes.
• Prepare pricing proposals for customer bids, contract renewals, and strategic transportation opportunities.
• Analyze transportation costs, market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to improve pricing decisions.
• Partner with operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities and business objectives.
• Negotiate transportation rates and pricing agreements with carrier partners and customers.
• Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and margin trends while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build financial models that support pricing recommendations and business planning.
• Leverage reporting tools and analytics to present actionable insights to leadership.
• Support ongoing process improvements that increase pricing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Demonstrated career growth in commercial pricing, revenue optimization, and logistics operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of North American and global freight operations, including port, rail, and containerized transportation.
• Proven ability to evaluate large data sets, identify trends, and support strategic business decisions through quantitative analysis.
• Hands on experience with Transportation Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into strategic business recommendations.
• Highly effective at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• A proactive, accountable, and results driven mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience supporting commercial pricing, revenue optimization, or transportation operations in a logistics-focused environment.
• Broad knowledge of global and North American transportation networks and freight movement.
• Experience supporting freight brokerage, transportation providers, logistics organizations, or third party logistics operations is highly valued.
• Experience working with carrier pricing, transportation procurement, or network optimization is preferred.
