- Lead and coach a team of remote Brand Ambassadors responsible for executing retail activation programs across multiple regional markets.
- Ensure consistent execution of premium consumer experiences while maintaining high brand standards.
- Travel regularly to support field teams, provide coaching, conduct market visits, and strengthen retailer relationships.
- Monitor activation performance, consumer engagement, and operational KPIs while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross functional teams to ensure activation programs support broader business objectives.
- Evaluate field feedback and recommend enhancements that improve execution, reporting, and program effectiveness.
- Coordinate scheduling, training, and performance management for field representatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and retail partner requirements.
- Utilize internal reporting platforms and Microsoft Office tools to track results and communicate business insights.
- Represent the organization professionally with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in field marketing, retail activation, event marketing, or consumer engagement within beverage, liquor, tobacco, vape, energy drinks, or another consumer packaged goods environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and motivating distributed field teams while maintaining a premium brand image.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience building relationships with retailers and field partners.
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with reporting or business intelligence platforms is helpful. Training on internal systems will be provided.
- English fluency required. Spanish language skills are a plus, particularly when supporting Texas markets.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40 percent throughout multiple regional markets.
