Construction Licensing & Permitting Coordinator

• →Prepare and submit state contractor registrations and business registrations.
• →Process construction permits and monitor approval status.
• →Maintain contractor licenses, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• →Track permit expiration dates and renewal deadlines.
• →Communicate with state agencies, municipalities, and permitting offices.
• →Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for licensing and permit records.

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, utilities, engineering, or telecommunications.
• Experience with contractor licensing, permitting, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
