About The Digital PR Team

What You’ll Do:

As an integral part of our Digital PR team, you’ll help elevate client brands and bring their stories to life. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with your clients. You’ll be their main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, well-managed expectations, and campaigns that truly reflect their goals.
  • Innovative Campaign Creation: Craft compelling, data-driven PR campaigns that earn high-quality links and press coverage. You’ll balance standout, large-scale campaigns with creative, quick-turn mini-stories, always with an eye on results and brand impact.
  • Media Relations: Develop targeted media lists and nurture relationships with key journalists. You’ll pitch stories that deserve headlines and make sure our clients are featured in the right places.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on coverage and campaign effectiveness. You’ll help clients understand the impact of Digital PR on brand visibility, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our talented SEO team to find creative ways to align PR with broader strategies for maximum reach and recognition.



Who You Are:

Some qualities and experience that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience in Digital PR (around 3 years is ideal),  preferably within a digital marketing or SEO agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Digital PR outreach tools (like Roxhill, Buzzstream) and SEO reporting platforms (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with examples of published PR content, think media placements, press releases, thought leadership, and more.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, building rapport, and communicating clearly.
  • A record of planning and delivering successful PR campaigns that drive media coverage and audience engagement.
  • Experience managing accounts and helping clients grow.
  • The ability to quickly understand briefs and respond with creative, insightful ideas.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A true team player. supportive, adaptable, and open to new ideas.
  • A desire to keep learning and growing in a fast-changing industry.
