You design how their future planning processes and systems should work and lead them through the journey to get there. You bring people, process and technology together into one clear solution. In this role, you will:
Design the OMP solution for one or multiple planning domains such as demand planning, supply planning and production scheduling while safeguarding the fit in the overall OMP solution.
Shape planning processes with clients and identify where improvements can create real impact.
Lead workshops and support clients in making key decisions about their future planning setup.
Translate business needs into clear system and process designs that guide the implementation.
Work closely with technical, data and integration teams to ensure all systems work smoothly together.
Take a quality assurance role furing testing and solution validation to ensure the design performs as expected.
Support user readiness by guiding teams through new ways of working and helping with adoption.
Contribute to our OMP expert community and support consultants as they grow their skills.

6–8+ years in supply chain planning, including substantial experience in OMP transformations.
Strong hands-on experience working with OMP in several planning areas.
In depth knowledge of one or multiple OMP modules and strong understanding of the overall architecture of OMP.
Good understanding of planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning and, productionand production scheduling.
Experience designing planning solutions and guiding project teams through implementation.
Able to translate complex planning challenges into simple, structured solution designs.
Comfortable leading discussions, aligning stakeholders and managing expectations.
Experience working with international clients and cross regional teams.
Analytical thinker who can connect high level concepts with practical execution.
Familiar with data flows, integrations or ERP connectivity (a plus).
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
Fluent in English.
